The online Card Management Service provides Insurance Claim Card holders with the ability to perform various functions over the Internet including:

  • Check card balances and purchases.
  • Review details.
  • Update contact details*.
  • Request additional card(s)*.

*Primary Cardholders only. *Primary Cardholders are normally the person in whose name the insurance policy is held.

How do I access the online Card Management Service?

To access the online Card Management Service, follow these three simple steps:

  1. Select 'Card Management Service' from the main menu.
  2. Enter your 17-digit Insurance Claim Card number and Secure PIN.
  3. Select the 'Sign in' button.

Is it free to use the online Card Management Service?

Coles Group Limited, Myer Pty Ltd and its Insurance Claim Card partners do not charge a fee to use the online Card Management Service. However, normal telecommunications and Internet access charges apply.
