How do I get more information about my Insurance Claim Card?
You can obtain more information about your card at our online Card Management Service, or by calling our Customer Response Team on 1330 553 885. You can also check your card balance and expiry date at selected registers in-store.

How do I activate my card?
You need to activate your card before you shop using your card number and Temporary PIN. You can activate your card online or at our telephone card activation service on 1300 551 885.
How do I check the balance on my card?
To find out your card balance, visit our online Card Management Service, telephone our Customer Response Team on 1300 553 885, or check your purchase receipts.
How do I use my Coles Group & Myer Insurance Claim Card?
Before you can shop with your Insurance Claim Card, you must activate your card at our website or telephone card activation service on 1300 551 885.
After your card is activated, visit any participating store and select the items you wish to purchase, then present them with your card at any register in-store; as a security measure you will need to enter the Secure PIN you chose when you activated your card. Your card balance will decrease with every purchase you make until the balance reaches zero. Cards cannot be re-loaded once the balance reaches zero.
How do I access my card details over the telephone?
To access your card details by telephone, call 1300 553 885, then make a selection from the prompts provided. You will be given the opportunity to use our automated IVR (Interactive Voice Response) service, or to speak with one of our Customer Response Team members.
How do I request an additional card(s)?
If you are the Primary Cardholder*, you can request up to four additional Insurance Claim Cards at our online Card Management Service. You will need to sign-in, then select 'Request Additional Card' from the main menu. Alternatively, you can call our Customer Response Team on 1300 553 885.
*The Primary Cardholder is normally the person in whose name the insurance policy is held.
How do I request a new PIN?
If you have lost or forgotten your Secure digit PIN, you can request a new one by calling our Customer Response Team on 1300 553 885.
How do I report my card lost, stolen or damaged?
To report your Insurance Claim Card lost, stolen or damaged, telephone our Customer Response Team on 1300 553 885 immediately. Note that you are liable for any purchases made on your card until it is reported lost or stolen.
How do I report a fraudulent transaction?
If you believe that a fraudulent transaction has been made on your card, please contact our Customer Response Team on 1300 553 885 immediately.
How do I cancel an additional cardholder?
If you are the Primary Cardholder*, you can cancel an additional card by phoning our Customer Response Team on 1300 553 885.
How do I update my contact details?
If you are the Primary Cardholder* you can update your contact details at the online Card Management Service. Select 'My details’ from the main menu. Alternatively, call our Customer Response Team on 1300 553 885.
