Where can I use my Coles Group & Myer Insurance Claim Card?

You can use your Insurance Claim Card at Myer, Target, Kmart, Kmart Tyre & Auto Service, Coles, Coles Express, BI-LO, Liquorland, Vintage Cellars, 1st Choice Liquor Superstore and Officeworks. What items can I buy on my Insurance Claim Card?

If you need to replace an item, the chances are you'll find it at one our participating Coles Group stores and Myer Pty Ltd. We have everything from electrical and furniture items, to clothing, homewares, sporting goods, food, cameras, home entertainment systems, computers and more. Can I upgrade the items I am replacing?

Yes. You can use your Insurance Claim Card to purchase any items you choose. If the purchase price is greater than your card balance, you can make up the difference using other accepted tender types eg. Cash or credit card.

Will my card expire?

Yes. Your Insurance Claim Card will expire two years from the date of issue of your card.

What do I do with my Insurance Claim Card when available funds are spent?

When your card balance reaches zero, you should destroy your card as it cannot be re-loaded.

What if my Insurance Claim Card is lost or stolen?

To report your Insurance Claim Card lost or stolen, telephone our Customer Response Team on 1300 553 885 immediatley. Note that you are liable for any purchases made on your card until it is reported lost or stolen.

Can I pay for items using a combination of tender types eg. cash and Insurance Claim Card?

Yes. You can pay for your purchases using a combination of tender types. Just present your Insurance Claim Card and eg. your credit card or cash, when paying for replacement items.

Will I receive a statement containing my purchase history?

Statements are not issued for the Insurance Claim Card. However, you can check your purchase history at our online Card Management Service*, or over the phone by calling 1300 553 885.

*We do not charge for this service, though normal telecommunications and Internet access fees do apply.

Can I request an additional card(s)?

Yes. If you are the Primary Cardholder*, you can request additional Insurance Claim Card(s) at our online Card Management Service. You will need to sign-in, then select 'Request Additional Card' from the main menu. Alternatively, call our Customer Response Team on 1300 553 885.

*The Primary Cardholder is normally the person in whose name the insurance policy is held.

Can I collect Fly Buys points on my purchases?

Yes. Just present your Fly Buys card with your Insurance Claim Card purchases when you shop at participating Coles Group stores.

Can I receive cash for unused balances?

All funds must be used in exchange for merchandise or applicable services. You can use a combination of tender types eg. card and cash to use remaining funds on your card.
