Coles Group Limited and its related bodies corporate ("Coles Group") assist your insurer in providing you with the Insurance Claim Card facility and associated services. This includes allowing for retailers to accept the card and providing you with functions and services offered on this site. In order to do this, members of Coles Group may need to collect personal information (such as your name, address, contact details and transaction information) when you use the Insurance Claim Card in our stores or use certain functions or services on this site. Members of Coles Group will not share personal information collected in this way with any other business partner for marketing purposes.
To deliver the Insurance Claim Card facility and associated services, your information may be shared between members of Coles Group and with business partners who assist the Coles Group with service delivery, such as delivery companies, mail houses, call centres and financial services providers. These disclosures to business partners will be protected by commercially binding agreements. We may also use your information in a de-identified form for the purposes of research and analysis.

Your card number and PIN
When you sign-in to any of the services offered on this site, the information collected is compared with the details we already have stored - that is, your card number and 4-digit PIN, which we collected when your Insurance Claim Card was originally activated.
When submitting feedback or questions via email, it is very important that you do not disclose any details that could be used by others to gain access to your Insurance Claim Card details. This includes your card number and PIN.
Please make sure you secure your card number and PIN at all times.
