Before you can shop with your Coles Group & Myer Insurance Claim Card you will need to activate it by following three easy steps.
Step One:
Make sure that you have read and understood the Product Disclosure Statement "PDS" (including Terms of use and Privacy Notice) sent to you with your Temporary PIN.
Step Two:
Activate your card using your Coles Group & Myer Insurance Claim Card and Temporary PIN.
Telephone our 24 hour, 7 day a week telephone card activation service on 1300 551 885, and follow the prompts provided, or activate your card online now.
Step Three:
Sign the signature panel on the back of your card immediately.
You can now shop at any participating Coles Group & Myer store. Simply present your card with your purchases at any register in store. As a security measure, you will need to enter the 4-digit PIN (Personal Identification Number) that you choose when you activate your card.
Your card's balance will automatically decrease with every purchase you make. The card does not have a credit facility and can not be re-loaded once the balance reaches zero.
